Skate Conditioning Skills and Drills
The goal of these semester long hockey skills and drills skating sessions are to provide students a fun opportunity for semester long fitness while also learning how to comprehensively play the game of hockey. The scope of these Monday and Wednesday morning classes will be semester long, we will teach hockey skills comprehensively, from basic skating to full ice scrimmages. We will assume no prior skating or hockey experience, and will be able to adjust sessions based on varying skill levels. It will be assumed that for students to take full advantage of their time they will attend most sessions. Hockey skills will be phased in over the course of the semester, following USA Hockey and Hockey Canada materials provided online
