Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Montego Bay, Jamaica, reopened to guests on Sept. 1 with enhanced health and safety protocols in place throughout the resort, including in its 27 villas. The 36 oceanfront rooms will reopen in October.

Accommodations are electrostatically sprayed before and after each stay and are sealed for 24 hours prior to the next guest’s arrival.

The resort also unveiled a partnership with evoJets, a private charter company that offers roundtrip flights on a six-passenger jet from New York from $37,000 plus taxes for a three-night stay, a private transfer, a tour of the vegetable garden followed by a catered tasting lunch, two massages at the Spa at Round Hill and access to watersports, tennis and a jogging trail.

Round Hill’s new Villa Retreat package features in-villa meals planned in advance of arrival and several on-site curated experiences, including a beach barbecue or picnic lunch.

Other amenities feature spa services, private beach access, a new jogging path with workout stations along the trail and signature dining overseen by James Beard Award-winning chef Martin Maginley.

“Our commitment to the health and safety of our guests, staff and residents continues to be our priority and we took considerable steps to enhance these measures for all,” said Josef Forstmayr, managing director.

Visitors to Jamaica must provide proof of a negative Covid-19 PCR test result from an accredited lab within 10 days of the intended travel date, complete and submit the online Travel Authorization form two to five days prior to arrival and remain on-property during their entire stay.
