As always, the wellbeing of our guests is of prime importance. Washington DC has declared a State of Emergency and several states have enacted “Stay at Home” orders.
As a result, we will be temporarily closed.
– Kingbird Restaurant, The Next Whisky Bar and Argentta Spa are temporarily closed.
– Our fitness center, indoor pool, sauna & steam rooms are temporarily closed.
– Top of the Gate rooftop is temporarily closed and we hope to reopen for the Summer season.

Historic room used in the 1972 Watergate break in. Decorated in collaboration with Lyn Paolo, the costume designer for Scandal. Binoculars, manual typewriter, reel-to-reel tape recorder and other pieces evoke Nixon-era DC. Room can be booked online or guests can request a tour (if available).
